"We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it."

"When I arrived, there was a notification the front desk would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. He came back ā€¦ said heā€™d be right with me ā€¦ went into his office ā€¦ I waited ā€¦ came out to his office ā€¦ with his back to me, he was writing something down ā€¦ I waited ā€¦ he finally turned around and asked if I was checking in. I was at the front desk for 20 minutes before I could check in. I didnā€™t find his customer service very acceptable. I was not greeted with ā€œgood eveningā€ or ā€œwelcome to Best ā€¦ā€ or ā€œsorry you had to waitā€ and after the typical check in ā€¦ ā€œanything else I can do for you?ā€ Overall the room was clean and the coffee was good."
